Bloody Cranesbill at Longniddry Bents
This time I took Thomas with me as he was not very mobile but fed up with the 4 walls of his flat. He did however sleep most of the time!!! It was a beautiful sunny day with temperatures around 24 degrees. The colours of the flowers at the bents and the scrapes were intense in the bright sun. I was delighted to get photographs of lapwings from the scrapes - a subject I had been keen to capture for sometime. The birds colours glowed in the superb light.

As often is the case another wonderful day.
